Vantage Point is a simple web-based application that provides you with a private, real-time view of your Event Call. With Vantage Point, all aspects of your Event Call are available visually on your desktop. Designed to enhance the overall Event Call experience, Vantage Point allows you to respond quickly and make better decisions by giving you more information right at your fingertips.

Vantage Point's easy-to-use interface allows you to view the participants of your Event Call, prioritize the Q&A queue, and chat without leaving your desk. Vantage Point also provides additional security and enhanced call management. Vantage Point is perfect for high-profile conference calls, such as quarterly earnings calls and press conferences.

Features of Vantage Point include:

  • Participant list
    Access all participant information in real-time. You are able to see who is on the call and who has already left the call.
  • Q&A queue
    View the name of the person currently asking a question and see those who are waiting for their turn to speak. Use the Q&A queue feature to reorder participants within the queue to prioritize the order questions are taken or remove participants from the queue entirely.
  • Total participants
    Manage your call more effectively by monitoring a real-time count of how many participants are currently on the call.
  • List sort
    Sort participants by name, company, and location, in both ascending and descending order.
  • Default order
    Automatically reorder the Q&A queue into the order that the participants entered the queue.
  • Chat
    Conduct a private chat conversation with your Event Call coordinator by utilizing the simple, text-based chat feature of Vantage Point.
