All you need to use Scheduled Audio is a landline or cell phone with touch tones for each participant.

Local and Global Access Numbers allow participants from around the world or TIers who are traveling to dial into conference calls using local dial-in numbers. Local numbers are easier to dial and more cost-effective than using international long distance numbers.
