Levels of service

Scheduled Audio Conferencing has three levels of service:

Scheduled Audio conferencing is recommended for day-to-day calls when an operator is not required for the duration of the call. Single-use passcodes add an additional layer of security over Reservationless.

Operator Assisted conferences feature a highly-trained Event Call Coordinator who assists with scheduling, greeting, and connecting participants - ensuring that your conference is as productive as possible. This service is ideal for sales presentations or product introductions.

Premium Service audio conferencing allows you to take advantage of the full suite of features that TI Audio Conferencing offers. Because Premium Service has everything you need to ensure a smooth, high-quality business event, choose it for your most critical meetings and events.

To schedule a Scheduled Audio Conferencing Services Conference

Scheduled Audio

Log on to http://meetme.ti.com and select Schedule a New Conference and follow the scheduling steps. Once you have scheduled the conference, you will receive conference details online and via email.

Premium & Operator Assisted

Please call us at Please contact the TI Central Help Desk (CHD) for support or to schedule. TI Audio Conferencing will assist you with the scheduling, selecting features, provide you with a confirmation email, and confirm the conference call 24 hours prior to the event.
