Booking a Premium or Operator Assisted Conference
Due to the cost of Premium and Operator Assisted conferences, these services should only be used to meet specific business needs. Use Scheduled or Reservationless Audio Conferencing for standard calls.

- Subconference: The conference can be subdivided into smaller
groups to facilitate detailed discussions before, during, or after the conference.
- Communications Link: A client services representative can
call the chairperson or speaker on a separate line to provide support and information
throughout the conference.
- Local and Global Access Numbers: Participants who are joining the call from
outside North America can attend the conference using local in-country or international
toll-free dial-in numbers. Please be prepared to indicate the countries where
participants will be calling from.
- Voting/Polling: Pre-arranged multiple choice questions to
which participants signal with touch tones.
- Restricted Access List: Access to the Scheduled Conference can be
restricted to a list of attendees.
- *Replay
- Available from [date] to [date]: Date and/or time when the
recording will be available.
- Available for : How long the replay will be available.
- Access Code: Required for listening to the recording of
the conference.
- Toll Number: Number to call to listen to replay.
- Toll Free Number: The toll free number to call to listen to replay.
- Participant List Requested: To obtain a list of participants
that accessed the replay.
- *Recording Media. Your Scheduled Conference can be recorded. The recording can be distributed
in four different ways:
- Digital:
- Mailed CD (WAV, MP3, WMP)
- Emailed (WMA)
- Tape: Cassette of conference.
- Transcription: Typed transcript of your conference
sent via regular mail, email, or fax.
- Translation: We can translate your conference into
another language.
