Using conferencing for informal meetings

Because of their more spontaneous and immediate nature, informal conferences tend to be less structured than their formal counterparts. But they generally have a clear purpose and will include input from individual participants along with the conference organizer. As with face-to-face meetings, this type of conference tends to work best with smaller numbers of people (20 or less).
